RWA – Holly Jolly Best Decorated Holiday Home
Registration: Sunday, 11/1/26 – Saturday, 12/6/26
To participate complete the registration form:
- Online: rotondawest.org
- Paper: Pick up and return to the RWA office – forms on racks
- Must be an RWA property owner, resident or renter to participate
- Decorations must be on your developed residential parcel, only. No vacant lots.

- Pick up from the display near the mailbox at the entrance to Broadmoor Park, 646 Rotonda Circle
Selection: Voting will be conducted by our Neighborhood Watch as they are on patrol, Thursday, 12/10/26 – Sunday, 12/20/26. Decorations must be displayed during event dates to participate. There will be one winner from each of the 7 sections of RWA.
Winners: Will receive a yard sign (for bragging rights) and announced in the January issue of West Ways.
