Who do you call?

The RWA office receives an impressive volume of calls covering a wide range of topics. We handle inquiries from individuals across the globe and throughout the United States on a daily basis, as our property owners originate from 33 different countries and all 50 states. The questions we receive vary from requests for directions and restaurant recommendations to referrals for professionals such as plumbers, electricians, lawn maintenance providers, irrigation repair specialists, roofers, carpenters, medical practitioners, attorneys, banking institutions, accountants, notary publics, and real estate agents, among others.

The Association office staff will be pleased to assist with any inquiries regarding the operation of the Association, including matters such as annual dues, fees and fines, Deed Restriction questions, enforcement and violations, parking passes for boats, motor homes, and trailers of any kind, yard sale requests, signage of any kind, Residential Modification applications for exterior property improvements, violations related to Residential Modifications, canal maintenance, canal bank mowing, vacant lot mowing, greenbelt mowing, and any issues concerning mowing or maintenance of common areas within Rotonda West. Additionally, we are happy to provide copies of documents, notarization, or fax services free of charge.
