It is very important that RWA has your current mailing address on file. Please click here for the RWA change of address form.

Return in person or by mail the completed change of address form to the RWA office at 646 Rotonda Circle, Rotonda West, Florida 33947. Or you can fax to the RWA office: (941) 697-0788.

Community Center Application

The Community Center is available for rental to all residents of Rotonda West for various types of events, including private functions. Interested parties are encouraged to complete and submit the online application. Residential Modification Application

Any changes, alterations, or modifications to the exterior of your property must first be approved by the RWA Residential Modification Committee. The Residential Modification Guidelines may be viewed here.

A permit is required BEFORE any work is started. Permit applications are available at the office or online by clicking below.

There is NO FEE for this permit. However, a $50.00 fine will be imposed if the work begins before the permit is issued.
