Residential Modification Application
Any changes, alterations, or modifications to the exterior of your property must first be approved by the RWA Residential Modification Committee. The Residential Modification Guidelines may be viewed here.
A permit is required BEFORE any work is started. Permit applications are available at the office or online by clicking below.
There is NO FEE for this permit. However, a $50.00 fine will be imposed if the work begins before the permit is issued.
Change of Address Form
It is very important that RWA has your current mailing address on file. Please click here for the RWA change of address form.
Return in person or by mail the completed change of address form to the RWA office at 646 Rotonda Circle, Rotonda West, Florida 33947. Or you can fax to the RWA office: (941)697-0788.

Yearly Assessment credit card form
Rotonda West Association, Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, AM Express and Discover.
