Residential Modification Application

Any changes, alterations, or modifications to the exterior of your property must first be approved by the RWA Residential Modification Committee. The Residential Modification Guidelines may be viewed here.

A completed and approved application is required BEFORE any work is started. Applications are available at the office or online by clicking below.

There is NO FEE to submit the application. However, a $50.00 fine will be imposed if the work begins before the application is approved.
